This is a wonderful tour for those who like both,
archaeology and beach activities !!
In this tour we´ll pick you up and drop you off in your hotel on an air
conditioned bus. Our certified tour guide will assist you during the tour. Along
the way the tour guide will provide you with information about the Mayan area and the way of living of the people (the Mayans). Arriving to Tulum, you will have a guided tour in the archaeological site, here, you will have
explanations of the Mayan history for approximately one hour. In this place you
will enjoy the "walled city"
of Tulum, take a nice walk and pictures of pyramids
and Mayan temples built on the top of a high cliff overlooking the Caribbean sea
(the unique site looking at the sea). And also you will have one hour free time
to take pictures and look around (total time in Tulum is 2 hours.).
After visiting Tulum, we will go to our second stop "Xel-Ha", only 15 minutes from Tulum. This is a natural water park with blue
and transparent waters, and
it is considered the largest natural aquarium in the world. This place is the paradise to swim and snorkel among hundreds of multicolored tropical fish. Also you can lay on the white sand and take the sun and relax. This park has all the facilities such as restaurant, lockers, launchers, umbrellas.
After visiting this two places we will return is at 5:30 pm to your hotel.

park and the all inclusive of meals, drinks, beach towels and lockers and snorkeling gear (with cash deposit as a guarantee).
Optional activities such as swimming with dolphins, snuba, open water diving snorkeling tour, etc are NOT included in the package.

Do you have Hotel pickup service?
All our Land, Boat Tours and water activities has pick up service from most of the Hotels in Playacar Hotel zone and Riviera Maya.
At Playa del Carmen downtown, there are a few hotels where we do not have pick up service, due the streets are small for vehicle or a full size bus or the hotel is located in a pedestrian street, in these, cases we always look for a Hotel located walking distance from your hotel to pick you up.
Once we now the Hotel that you will be staying, we can look for the closest Hotel option to pick you up.
Do the pickup service is included on the price?
Yes, it is included on the price, if it is not included on the price it will indicate it on the tour description and inclusions.
Questions about reservations and cancellations
How much in advance, should I make the reservation?
We do recommend you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the tour that you like, whenever you want to go.
There are many times we have no space available, so we recommend to make your reservations at least 5-6 days in advance.

2.- Your Shopping cart screen will appear and if you like to add more services just chose what kind of service you like to add and it will take you the menu of the service you chose. you can add as many as you like, when you finish just fill the blanks with the information required, you can read the Privacy Notice and then click on “I agree and continue”.

Right after you made the payment you will receive a receipt of payment and in less than 24 hours, you will be receiving your Confirmed Electronic Service Vouchers with all important information like; pickup time and place, what to bring, meeting point and how to get there, etc. You have to print these tour vouchers and bring a copy with you, in order to give the tour vouchers for every service to the guides at boarding time or at the piers at check in time.

Do I have to pay always the total cost of my purchase at once?
If you are buying hotels, or escorted tours, yes you have to pay the total cost of your purchase.
If you are buying tours, transfers or renting private yachts or catamarans, your sales executive can assign a deposit, and the balance can be pay at least 3 days before the date of the service.
In some cases and if you request it, you can pay the balance at boarding or check in time, ask your sales executive if you need to prefer to do these.
How can I check the status of my reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?

- Over 48 hours before your service time, a full refund will apply.
- From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
- 35 hours to the same day and no-mostrars no refund will be given.
