Do you have Hotel pickup service?
All our Land, Boat Tours and water activities has pick up service from most of the Hotels in Playacar Hotel zone and Riviera Maya.
At Playa del Carmen downtown, there are a few hotels where we do not have pick up service, due the streets are small for vehicle or a full size bus or the hotel is located in a pedestrian street, in these, cases we always look for a Hotel located walking distance from your hotel to pick you up.
Once we now the Hotel that you will be staying, we can look for the closest Hotel option to pick you up.
Do the pickup service is included on the price?
Yes, it is included on the price, if it is not included on the price it will indicate it on the tour description and inclusions.
Questions about reservations and cancellations
How much in advance, should I make the reservation?
We do recommend you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the tour that you like, whenever you want to go.
There are many times we have no space available, so we recommend to make your reservations at least 5-6 days in advance.

Do I have to pay always the total cost of my purchase at once?
If you are buying hotels, or escorted tours, yes you have to pay the total cost of your purchase.
If you are buying tours, transfers or renting private yachts or catamarans, your sales executive can assign a deposit, and the balance can be pay at least 3 days before the date of the service.
In some cases and if you request it, you can pay the balance at boarding or check in time, ask your sales executive if you need to prefer to do these.
How can I check the status of my reservation?

- Over 48 hours before your service time, a full refund will apply.
- From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
