BASILICA OF GUADALUPE - PYRAMIDS OF TEOTIHUACAN
Breakfast. Exit towards the Plaza de las Tres Culturas. Continuation to the Basilica of Guadalupe, the second most visited Catholic sanctuary in the world. We will continue to Teotihuacán, "where men become gods". We will visit the temple of Quetzalcóatl, the Causeway of the dead, the pyramid of the Sun, that of the Moon and the temple of Quetzal-Papalotl. Visit of an artisan workshop of obsidian and other semi-precious stones with which pre-Hispanic ornaments and personal ornaments were produced. Sample of the plants of the maguey, agave tequilero and henequén. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.

PALENQUE - CAMPECHE
Breakfast. Visit to the archaeological zone of Palenque, nestled in the jungle. One of the most important in the Mayan World, both for its historical findings and for its beauty. Inside the Pyramid of the Inscriptions was found the sarcophagus of King Pakal, with a gravestone engraved in relief. Temple of the Foliated Cross, Temple of the Sun and the Palace. Continuation to find a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. We will continue towards the beautiful walled city of Campeche. Panoramic tour. Dinner. Accommodation.
DAY 5º
(WEDNESDAY)
CAMPECHE - UXMAL - MERIDA
Breakfast. Departure to Uxmal. Visit of this archaeological zone of great architectural beauty: the Pyramid of the Fortune Teller, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, the Governor's Palace, the Ball Court. Food. Continuation to Merida, "The White City" where we will make a panoramic tour: The Paseo de Montejo, the monument to the Homeland, the Main Square with the Cathedral and the Government Palaces. Accommodation.

MERIDA - CHICHEN ITZA - CANCÚN / RIVIERA MAYA
06:30 hrs. Breakfast. 07:00 hrs. Departure to Chichén Itzá, the most renowned Mayan city in Mexico. Archaeological site where advanced archaeo-astronomical knowledge is revealed. It has the step pyramid called the Castle or Temple of Kukulcán, the Ball Game, the Calaveras platform, the Temple of the Jaguars, the Observatory, the Plaza de las Mil Columnas, the Sacred Cenote. Arrival at the majestic IK KIL cenote. Possibility of swimming. Food. Continuation to Cancun / Riviera Maya. Arrival at the hotels.

Do you have Hotel pickup service?
All our Land Tours have pick up service from most of the Hotels in Cancun Hotel zone, downtown and Playa Mujeres.
There are just a few hotels that we do not have pick up service, due the streets are small for a bus or are in a pedestrian street, in these, cases we always look for a Hotel located walking distance from your hotel to pick you up.
Once we now the Hotel that you will be staying, we can look for the closest Hotel option to pick you up.
Most of our tours by boat or water sports activities depart from a duck or Marina in the Cancun Hotel Zone and are close to the hotels, and it is very easy to get there only taking a public bus or a taxi, the public bus rate is cheap only 80 cents of a dollar.
Once you reserve we will send you an electronic tour voucher with the departure time, place and how to get there.
Now if you prefer to be picked up at your hotel we can arrange transportation with an extra cost, ask your sales executive to give you options and prices.
Questions about reservations and cancellations
How much in advance, should I make the reservation?
We do recommend you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the tour that you like, whenever you want to go.
There are many times we have no space available, so we recommend to make your reservations at least 5-6 days in advance.

2.- Your Shopping cart screen will appear and if you like to add more services just chose what kind of service you like to add and it will take you the menu of the service you chose. you can add as many as you like, when you finish just fill the blanks with the information required, you can read the Privacy Notice and then click on “I agree and continue”.
3.- The payment screen will appear with your name and the total you have to pay, just click “Pay Now”.
4.- You will be directed to Pay Pal web site. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal Smart Connect or account balances, without sharing financial information. Right after you made the payment you will receive a receipt of payment and in less than 24 hours, you will be receiving your Confirmed Electronic Service Vouchers with all important information like; pickup time and place, what to bring, meeting point and how to get there, etc. You have to print these tour vouchers and bring a copy with you, in order to give the tour vouchers for every service to the guides at boarding time or at the piers at check in time.

Do I have to pay always the total cost of my purchase at once?
If you are buying hotels, or escorted tours, yes you have to pay the total cost of your purchase.
If you are buying tours, transfers or renting private yachts or catamarans, your sales executive can assign a deposit, and the balance can be pay at least 3 days before the date of the service.
In some cases and if you request it, you can pay the balance at boarding or check in time, ask your sales executive if you need to prefer to do these.
How can I check the status of my reservation?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our Tour Cancellation Policies are as follow:
- Over 48 hours before your service time, a full refund will apply.
- From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
- 35 hours to the same day and no-mostrars no refund will be given.
What happened if I reserve and the prices increase when I take the tour?
