Xel-Ha is a natural park consists of a number of creeks, lagoons, cenotes and caves. Considered the largest natural aquarium in the world. It has an area of ??86 hectares, of which 60% is reserve, a lowland deciduous and a water system called inlet where they mix the salt waters of the Caribbean Sea with fresh water from springs and underground rivers of the Yucatan Peninsula.

Facilities for disabled: They have rental service of wheelchairs and a hydraulic chair for people with disabilities who wish to enter the river. The income of the wheelchair cost extra at the entrance of the park will be provided a map showing the locations accessible to wheelchairs. The hydraulic chair is installed on one side of the Bridge Bar.

Aquatic Team: Xel-Ha are five modules with snorkeling equipment located on the main points of the Park (requires a deposit of 25 USD or 300 MXN refundable upon return of the equipment, Xel-Ha has seven areas of vests-jackets for all ages because its use is required, and also two modules where you can choose your tire floating fun on the river and the creek.

Locker, lockers, bathrooms and showers: Xel-Ha has nine bathrooms facilities, strategically located at the main points of the park for your convenience. Getting there:
Xel-Ha Park is open 365 days a year, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (summer closes at 7:00 pm). Xel-Ha is located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, 110 miles south of Cancun, 44 miles south of Playa del Carmen and 9 km north of the archaeological site of Tulum, on the Cancun-Tulum.
